Mazzy Star has been a band on my radar since their widely released "Fade into You" way back when. However, I've been becoming more entranced with their music as I dig deeper into their repertoire. Not to mention Hope Sandoval is bad to the bone.
As much as I detest MTV, I do really like their unplugged series, and this performance of "Into Dust" is amazing to me, not just for the music, but for the visual qualities as well. I believe most people would consider "art" to be something created which evokes emotion in the audience, and to me, this qualifies. Although it helps to be in a very somber, introspective mood.
